Job Title: Assistant Manager/Sr Sales Executive/Sales Executive – Domestic Holiday Sales

Location: Warangal

Department: Sales –Domestic Travel

Summary:

•            The Domestic Holidays Travel Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling the company's travel products or services (e.g., tours, accommodations, transportation, etc.).

•            This role involves understanding different cultural nuances, conducting market research, and developing tailored sales strategies for specific regions.

•            The incumbent will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Domestic clients and partners.

Responsibilities

•            Identify and target potential clients in Domestic markets.

•            Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

•            Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.

•            Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.

•            Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.

•            Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets.

•            Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

•            Participate in Domestic travel fairs, BTL activities and tourism events.

•            Stay updated on Domestic travel trends and market dynamics.

•            Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues promptly.

•            Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

•            Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.

•            Strong understanding of Domestic markets and cultural nuances.

•            Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and should have good Domestic Tours               Destination knowledge.

•            Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
