CCTV Technician

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Setup

o Responsible for installation, configuration, and deployment of electronic systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems at client sites.

o Perform inspections before and after installation to ensure all work meets technical and quality standards.

o Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure all technical aspects of system setup and configuration are carried out correctly.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

o Support routine maintenance and diagnostic checks on electronic and communication systems to ensure optimal performance.

o Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to wiring, system connectivity, and signal integrity.

o Collaborate with senior engineers to handle more complex repair and troubleshooting tasks.

3. Documentation and Reporting

o Document all work completed, including system configurations, repairs, and parts used.

o Assist in preparing technical reports for clients and project managers, ensuring updates are communicated clearly.

o Maintain organized records of service logs, maintenance schedules, and equipment status.

4. Customer Support

o Provide on-site support to customers by addressing basic inquiries about system functionality and maintenance.

o Assist in educating customers on the use and upkeep of their systems.

o Report any customer feedback or issues to senior engineers for further resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, electronics, and networking.
• ITI/Diploma holders.
• 0-4 years of Experience with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of above systems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and interacting with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Zeal to excel and learn.
