✨ Welcome & assist walk-in customers at the branch
📱 Educate customers on ATM, ADWM, SWAYAM Kiosk, YONO, Internet Banking & WhatsApp Banking
🔗 Support UPI onboarding & digital banking journeys
📲 Guide customers on mobile banking & self-service tools
📝 Collect feedback, identify issues & escalate to branch management
🔹 Eligibility & Qualifications
🎓 Education: Graduation mandatory
👥 Experience: Minimum 1 year experience mandatory (any industry) - Experience letter Mandatory
📉 CIBIL Score: Minimum 650
💳 Financial Requirement: Candidate should have no overdue loans
📱 Digital Skills: Good knowledge of smartphones, UPI apps & digital banking
🙂 Soft Skills: Friendly, patient, empathetic—especially with elderly/rural customers
🎯 Age Limit: 18 to 29 years
🔹 Salary Details
💼 Gross Salary: ₹24,000
💰 In-hand Salary: ₹20,355
