Labour Helper/Mazdoor

Position: Helper

Age Requirement: 18 years and above

Gender: Male

Health Requirement: Physically fit for fieldwork

Work Hours: Minimum 8 hours per day

Language Requirement: Basic literacy in Hindi (ability to read and understand signage and instructions)

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols and workplace instructions

• Carry out manual tasks as per supervisor’s guidance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks efficiently

• Must be medically fit to work in the field

• Should be able to understand safety signs and instructions in Hindi
