Job Title: Relationship Officer – Home Loans & Loan Against PropertyDepartment: Sales

Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager / Area Manager

Job Summary:The Relationship Officer will be responsible for sourcing and generating business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves field sales, building relationships with channel partners (DSAs, builders, connectors), and achieving monthly disbursement targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Source new customers for Home Loans and LAP through open market and field activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, real estate agents, builders, and connectors.
• Conduct site visits and customer meetings for business generation.
• Guide customers through loan eligibility, documentation, and processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
• Ensure proper KYC and compliance as per company policy.
• Maintain daily MIS and sales reports.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales.
• Good market knowledge and local area familiarity.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
