Job Description
Job Title: Sales Officer – Bank Distribution
Job Type: Contract/Agency
Contract Tenure: 1 Year (Performance link)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Off-Role Sales Representative to join our bank distribution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products/services to new and existing clients. The role will be contracted through a third-party agency and will focus on meeting sales targets, building bank and customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
· Branch Visit / Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through visiting branches network and bank sales hub/offices.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with product information and answering inquiries.
· Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the L1 reporting manager (Pine Labs 2A-2C)
· Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies and goals.
Qualifications:
· Min Graduate with Min 2-3 years of experience
· Proven experience in sales, ideally in a similar industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
· Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Knowledge of banking product or industry knowledge is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Requirement:
· Monday – Saturday (6 days working) from 9.30am to 6.30pm
· Daily reporting to L1 Pine Manager
· Min 15 Visits per day as per reporting manager instructions
· Two Wheeler not required
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
· A strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
· Ability to adapt to changing environments and customer demands.
Monthly Target:
- Min 60 Deployments through 15+ banks channel partners
- Min 3 Device Sell as upselling terminals
Reward and Recognition:
- Monthly Incentive payout (T+1 Month) T Means: Salary month
- Min Deployments with 80% of target for incentive eligibility
