Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Warud, Morshi, Bhokardhan (Local candidate will prefer)

Experience: 1–2 years (in sales, preferably Agri companies /related sectors)

Education: Open to all educational backgrounds

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and achieve monthly business targets in the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with farmers, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach
• Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales performance, and daily field activities
• Work closely with the regional team to ensure timely execution of sales strategies

Skills - We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in Rural/Agri markets
• Basic knowledge of agriculture products is mandatory

Salary

• CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum
• Travel allowance
