Store Incharge

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Incharge to manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store inventory (F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages/excess
• Handle purchase planning and timely procurement
• Identify and negotiate with vendors for best pricing
• Maintain proper records (GRN, stock register, purchase orders)
• Coordinate with all departments for requirements
• Ensure quality checks and cost control

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in store/purchase (hospitality preferred)
• Basic knowledge of inventory management & procurement
• Good negotiation and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Excel / basic software

Preferred:

• Experience in hotel/resort operations
• Knowledge of local vendor network
