Job Title: Security Guard

Department: Administration / Security

Duty Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12 Hours Shift)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of company premises, staff, visitors, and assets.

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.

• Perform regular patrols of the premises during duty hours.

• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to company property.

• Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or security breaches to management immediately.

• Ensure discipline and follow security protocols at all times.

• Assist in emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or other incidents.

• Coordinate with HR & Supervisors and follow instructions as assigned.

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Age: Above 40 years

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (preferred)

• Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen candidates will be given preference

• Prior experience as a security guard will be an added advantage

• Physically fit and alert

• Ability to read and write basic English/Hindi

• Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude

• Willingness to work long shifts (12 hours)
