Store Supervisor

Manage daily store operations related to plywood, shuttering material, hardware, and accessories.

Maintain proper inward & outward entry of materials (GRN, issue slips, delivery challans).

Check quantity, quality, size, thickness, and condition of plywood at the time of receipt.

Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials to avoid damage.

Keep accurate stock records (manual or Excel/software).

Monitor minimum stock levels and inform Purchase/Management for re-order.

Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production/site team.

Supervise store helpers and loaders.

Handle material dispatch as per approved requests.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area.

Report stock shortages, damages, or mismatches immediately
