Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for managing daily store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient inventory control. Candidates with experience in the automobile industry will be preferred. The role requires strong coordination, accurate record-keeping, and computer knowledge to ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff activities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

• Monitor inward and outward material movement efficiently

• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and system-based)

• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

• Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of materials

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams

• Prepare reports on stock status, shortages, and discrepancies

• Handle vendor deliveries and documentation (GRN, invoices, challans)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

• Train and guide store staff to improve efficiency and performance

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in store/warehouse management (automobile industry preferred)

• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP preferred)

• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, basic ERP handling)

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th & 12th pass candidates can apply

Eperience:

• 2–5 years in store/warehouse management

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role

• May require extended working hours during audits or peak operations

Salary:

• As per company standards / based on experience.
