Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to handle walk-in students, guide them through courses, and convert them into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in students and explain courses/programs
• Convert leads into admissions
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
• Assist with application and admission process
• Maintain records in CRM system
• Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or counselling experience preferred
• Target-driven and proactive attitude
• Ability to build rapport with students

Experience: Minimum 6 months required

Salary: Up to 6lpa + Incentives
