Job Summary

Megamart is looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service in our apparel retail environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
• Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
• Supervise and guide the sales team
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits
• Handle billing operations and POS systems
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• RequirementsExperience in Apparel Retail Industry preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle store operations and sales targets
• Basic knowledge of retail billing systems and inventory management
• Experience2–5 Years in Apparel Retail
