Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp & phone calls
- Provide clear information about products, delivery, and usage
- Follow predefined response scripts and FAQs
- Coordinate with packing/delivery team when required
- Escalate only complex issues to the owner
Requirements:Basic English + Hindi (or local language)
- Calm, polite, and patient communication style
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, and basic computer/mobile apps
- Willingness to learn product details (training will be provided)
- Prior customer support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
