### Job Description:  

KII Group and Company is seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with proficiency in various graphic design software. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand and help communicate our message effectively across digital and print media.

### Job Responsibilities:

* **Design Creation:** Develop innovative and engaging graphic designs for various platforms including social media, websites, marketing materials, banners, brochures, and advertisements.

* **Branding:** Maintain consistency of the company’s branding and design guidelines across all projects, ensuring the visual identity is unified.

* **Software Expertise:** Use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Corel Draw, and other design tools to create high-quality designs.

* **Collaborative Work:** Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver visual solutions that meet their needs.

* **Project Management:** Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

* **Creative Input:** Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new design ideas, marketing campaigns, and creative strategies.

* **Print and Digital Media Design:** Produce designs suitable for both digital and print media, ensuring the appropriate format and resolution for each medium.

* **Feedback Implementation:** Make revisions based on feedback from clients or team members to refine and perfect designs.

### Skills & Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Corel Draw, and other relevant design software.

* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

* Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box.

* Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple design projects at once.

* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.

* A portfolio showcasing your previous design work (please include when applying).
