Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Mobile Repair Technician with strong knowledge of PCB-level repairs, micro-soldering, and mobile hardware/software troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of handling advanced repair tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones at component and PCB level
• Perform micro-soldering, IC replacement, jumper work, and small parts repair
• Handle hardware issues such as charging problems, display faults, battery issues, network faults, and water damage
• Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile software and firmware
• Use technical tools such as multimeter, soldering station, microscope, and testing equipment
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and parts used
• Coordinate with front desk team regarding repair timelines and status updates
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of repair workstation
• Suggest required spare parts and manage basic inventory tracking
• Ensure quality checks before handing devices back to clients

Requirements

• Strong experience in PCB repair and micro-soldering
• Good technical knowledge of mobile hardware and software troubleshooting
• Ability to work with precision tools and handle delicate components
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in mobile repair service center preferred
