Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to handle inbound/outbound calls, generate leads, and promote real estate projects to prospective customers. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining property details, and closing site visit appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries for real estate projects
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
• Generate and qualify leads and fix site visit appointments
• Follow up with interested clients to close deals
• Maintain call records and customer data

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/English
• Sales-oriented mindset with convincing skills
• Experience in telesales/real estate is a plus
