Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

Wood Rock School, Zaheerabad, is seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Admission Counselor to manage the enrollment process, guide parents, and promote the school’s academic programs. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for enquiries and ensuring a smooth admissions journey for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist parents with the enrollment process and required documentation.
• Conduct campus tours, counselling sessions, and parent orientations.
• Handle admission enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Review student applications and support new student onboarding.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admission approvals.
• Maintain systematic admission records and follow-up reports.
• Support school-level promotional activities, events, and open houses.
• Counsel parents on curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and academic programs.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in admissions, front office, customer service, or counseling is a plus.
• Ability to learn and explain academic programs and school policies.
