Job Description
Customer Service Associate (CSA):-
• Age Eligibility: 18–30 years (at the time of onboarding)
• Qualification: Graduation from a recognized institution (mandatory)
• Experience: Freshers or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (may be considered)
• Regional Language: Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada (mandatory – any one or more)
• English Requirement: Ability to read, write & comprehend English (spoken fluency preferred)
• Skills Required: Good communication and customer handling skills
• Interview Process: HR Screening → Operations/TNQ Evaluation → Client Interview
• Assessment: Typing test – minimum 20 WPM
• Salary 15 to 16 K Net take home
