Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients | for various dishes as per the recipes and guidelines provided by senior chefs.
Cooking: Execute basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards.
Station Management: Support the smooth operation of different kitchen stations, including but not limited to, the hot line, cold line, and pastry station.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients, checking for any inconsistencies or discrepancies and reporting them to senior chefs.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation and hygiene procedures. Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness and safety.
Stock Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including monitoring stock levels, rotating products, and informing senior chefs of any shortages.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, following instructions and contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.
Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn and enhance culinary skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.

Qualifications:
Culinary Education: Formal culinary education from a recognized institution is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic Cooking Skills: Some prior experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is beneficial, but not required. Willingness to learn and a passion for cooking are essential.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and presentation.
Physical Endurance: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy kitchen equipment, and work in a demanding kitchen environment.
Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
