Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls regarding orders, pricing, and services.
Communicate confidently with customers across India, including South India.
Manage customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
Assist with pickup booking, order tracking, and issue resolution.
Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.


Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in customer relationship/customer support.
Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
Comfortable taking calls from South India customers.
Expertise in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is appreciated.
Basic CRM and computer knowledge.
Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach.
Female candidates preferred.

Any Graduate (BBA / BA / B.Com / BCA preferred)
