1.    You shall be responsible for maintaining smooth operations at Morbi along with Your Supervisor Coming at 12 o clock and will have to stay till closing.
2.    Preparing and managing holidays of all employees and giving Morbi Teams 2 Sundays off & 2 Paid Leave, including yourself.
3.    Maintaining all decorum at Morbi Office and not involving directors until necessary.
4.    Making sure Contracted Vehicles Average is down and there are new vendors for Crossing.
5.    Please learn, Size, Roads, Vehicle, Factory loadin time and loading pattern.
6.    All other duties & responsibilities:
·      Making sure that every photo is clicked and uploaded in drop city group.
·      If any franchise has any query regarding lost material, missing boxes then taking it up and solving it.
·      Making sure that Belt & Ply status is updated daily to accounts department and franchise through Amardeeep only.
·      Making sure that Office Runs smoothly – computer, tea, stationary.
·      Planning of buying belt and ply should be done in prior and making sure that franchise sends them over to morbi.
·      If there is multiple party material in truck, then stickers and segregation should be done properly by Loading Master or you.
·      The dispatch detailed details of the material should be given to the franchise as well once the material is marked from one factory, multiple parties.
·      Billings received should be uploaded in Tatkalorry Documents Drive.
·      Loading the following photos should be given – Top Shot to see all material & Truck Sealed during rains specially, plant loading once it has arrived.
·      Implementing of SOP of Truck loading that shall be shared in time.
·      Allocating one job of Sampling – So that he can manage the documents & sample pickup, drop and informing the party. Maintaining all forms of data.
·      Once and if the plant loading is to be changed, then it has to be taken in written from that franchise or you shall be responsible for the damage made.
7.    There can be additional responsibilities once these are implemented seamlessly.
