Ø Set appointments & meet with doctors with specialty in Mother & Child Care ( gynaecology, Pediatrics, Fetal Medicines) & Oncology (Surgical Oncologists, Therapeutic Oncologists)
Ø Promote clinical services :
Mother & Child : NBS (Biochemical + genetic screening), (Couple Carrier Screening), NIPT, CMA, WES, WGS. Cytogenetic test : Triple Marker, Quadruple marker, FISH, Karyotyping.
Ø Oncology : OncoMap, DNA ONCOSCREEN, DNA ONCONEX (Head & Neck panel, Lung Panel, Thyroid Panel, Esophageal Panel, BRCA1/BRCA2).
Ø Generating sales revenue by consulting / Introducing Kanopy Clinical services.
Ø Achieve Sales targets on a monthly basis.
Ø Building partnerships with hospitals & clinics to generate demand for Kanopy clinical diagnostics services.
Ø Coordinate with the Product/Lab team for addressing technical queries from Doctors.
Ø Achieve monthly revenue target in the defined geographical area.
Ø Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
Ø Build relationships with hospitals/ Corporates & Healthcare Industry.
Ø Provide product demonstrations and support.
Ø Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products.
Ø Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Ø Develop the overall Business strategy for the B2B Services Business by understanding the clients requirements.
Ø Promoting Kanopy Diagnostics clinical Laboratory Services to the Hospitals, Diagnostics , Labs, in the Hyderabad and Telangana state.
Ø Understanding the various Hospitals lab outsourcing costs vs load factor and submitting proposals and closing the sales.
Ø Responsible for achieving Monthly /Quarterly/annual sales targets.
Ø Meeting KOL/KBL of the potential business areas and maintaining good rapport with them and ensure business targets are met through multiple sources.
Ø Training, coaching &mentoring the team towards achieving the sales targets.
Ø Understanding the health requirements of the companies and budget requirements.
Ø Submitting the proposals and negotiating and closing the sales, Achieving the quarterly sales targets.
Ø Constant touch with key persons in the corporate Hospitals sharing new Health and Wellness packages.
Ø Designing health packages based on the company budget constraints and closing the sales.
Ø Coordinating with Logistics lead for smooth Business operations.
Ø Understanding the Private Hospital lab outsourcing needs and develop strategy for optimize their lab outsourcing costs.

Ø Ensure all Service agreements meet with company policy and legal compliance while registering new client with Kanopy diagnostics.
Ø Collections Management of the Business done.
Ø Ensuring daily call rate as per the Company policy(10).
Ø Represent as spoc for assigned Area for all corporate queries.
Ø Converting sales leads to business through social media platforms.
Ø Organize outreach programs with prospective Patient community for Residential segment, local clubs, schools and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them.
Act as SPOC for all activities and response.
Ø Maintain existing business stakeholders and rapport building with clients and explore new business opportunities.
Ø To outsmart competition through Market penetration.
Ø Identify prospective corporate for pre-employment & Health Checkup/Privilege and maintain excellent relationship with them. Management of Health Check-ups with efficiency and negligible complaints.
Ø Keeping eye on competitors, providing market intelligence and service improvement suggestions to superiors.
Ø Resolution of client queries on time with meeting/letters and timely invoice submission.
Ø Meeting & Exceeding the monthly sales targets. Updation of MOU Renewals for key accounts.
Ø Providing timely MIS and data to management.
Ø Client Engagement activities (Camps/promotion/nutrition talk etc. inside the premises or within employees of key accounts) & new initiatives.
Ø Identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant departments with customer feedback.
Ø Need to increase test awareness answer queries, provide advice and introduce new diagnostic tests.
Ø Target and secure profitable new business in line with sales strategy by effectively targeting
Ø prospective accounts, creating in-depth prospect profiles, building relationships and securing the business.
Ø Provide overall support and expertise to new accounts to ensure clients receive highest level of quality service utilizing operational personnel to resolve problems and when necessary.
Ø Develop and manage relationships with targeted accounts to drive successful closure and ensure future utilization
Ø Develop implementation plans for securing and managing account contracts by coordinating the efforts of key players in the sales and operations organizations.
Ø Educate customers on the breadth of testing at Kanopy Diagnostics and the benefits of such testing.
Ø Educate new customers on all Kanopy Diagnostics processes and procedures to ensure accurate and Timely transactions.
Ø Participate with Area Sales Managers/ Sales Executives/ Technical teams in developing overall business plans for increasing volume and profitability.
Ø Prepare and present proposals and bids by using all standard processes, procedures and templates.
Ø Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace impacting customers.
Ø Ensure total compliance with all company policies and government regulations.
Ø Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Ø Maintaining of Confidentiality in all processes, information, and statistics related Kanopy diagnostics Business.
Ø Any other assignments assigned by the reporting manager as and when required.
