We at Swastik Enterprises required a A Civil Billing Executive who is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and verifying the bills and invoices related to projects. Some of the main duties and responsibilities of a Billing Executive are:

- To coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the billing documents.
- To prepare and submit the bills and invoices as per the contract terms and conditions, and follow up with the clients for timely payments.
- To verify and reconcile the bills and invoices with the work progress reports, measurement sheets, quality certificates, and other supporting documents.
- To maintain and update the records of the bills and invoices, and generate periodic reports and analysis on the billing status and performance.
- To resolve any discrepancies, queries, or disputes related to the billing and invoicing process, and ensure compliance with the applicable standards and regulations.

A Billing Executive should have a bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in billing and invoicing of civil engineering projects. A Billing Executive should also have:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel,
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
