Job Overview:
Duration: Minimum 2 hours, up to a maximum of 6 hours every Sunday.
Primary Focus: Management and recording of financial transactions using Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9.
Reports To: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Financial Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain financial data in Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 systems.
Report Preparation: Generate financial reports as needed, including but not limited to outstanding balances, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analyses.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial optimization.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Perform other financial tasks and analysis as required by the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in accounting, with specific expertise in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally software, MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
