Key Responsibilities:Generate accurate bills and invoices for customer purchases using billing software.
Maintain real-time stock levels, update new stock entries, and handle stock inward/outward entries.
Perform daily closing of stock and sales data.
Coordinate with suppliers and sales team for stock reconciliation.
Handle barcode printing and tagging.
Alert management about low-stock or fast-moving items.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
Assist in physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:12th Pass with Computer Proficiency (Preferred: B.Com, BCA, BBA, DCA)
1+ year experience in retail billing/inventory preferred (freshers can be trained)
Familiarity with Tally / Marg / POS / Excel
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to handle customer billing calmly during rush hours
Honest, punctual, and willing to take initiative
