I.I.T.Main Gate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage our financial records, perform accounting tasks, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tally software, Excel, basic banking, and knowledge of taxation laws, including TDS and GST.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Financial Management:
  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally software.
  - Prepare and manage financial statements.
  - Perform basic bank transactions.
2. Taxation and Compliance:
  - Calculate and deduct TDS as per government regulations.
  - Prepare and file GST returns.
3. Administrative Support:
  - Manage and maintain office records, files, and documents.
  - Assist in preparing and drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  - Provide general administrative support to the team.
4. Data Entry and Analysis:
  - Enter financial data into Tally software and Excel spreadsheets.
  - Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:
  - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting.
  - Diploma or certification in Accounting or Finance.
2. Experience:
  - At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  - Experience with Tally software and Excel.
3. Skills:
  - Proficient in Tally software, Excel, and basic banking.
  - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
