About the Team : The FOS team is a critical piece of Apna’s growth story so far. The team has played a key role in Apna’s growth journey to become a clear market leader in the space within 18 months of product launch overtaking multiple incumbent players. This has been achieved by managing thefunnel of SMB leads in the market, targeting the right clients, & ensuring their timely onboarding. We are adding new members to the team to augment our existing capabilities and help chart Apna’s next phase of rapid growth.

About the Role :We are looking for a BDE to carry out Farming activities in the market for acquiring SMB customers, driving the cold calling of clients, and closing long-term deals on the ground.

Responsibilities ·
Visiting clients daily to pitch them Apna’s hiring products ·
Generate prospects and share with your manager all data pertaining to market ·
Manage objection handling of customers with respect to product, competition, pricing & expectations. ·
Selling recruitment solutions to SMB clients by assessing their business requirements. ·
Manage onboarding of clients and them posting their first job on the platform ·
Create references in the market and drive organic revenue ·
Be a representative of the Apna brand and effectively pitch our value proposition to suitable and interested prospects ·
Work on weekly / monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth ·
Create brand visibility of Apna in the market by handing out collaterals & building references

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales executive will play a fundamental role in engaging with prospects and clients remotely—via phone, email, or virtual meetings —to qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals. They collaborate closely with support and product teams to support the full sales cycle, all from within an office or remote setup.
About Team 
The Inside Sales Team is the frontline engine for driving revenue growth through remote customer engagement. Our team focuses on identifying, nurturing, and converting potential leads into successful business relationships—without the need for on-ground visits.
We operate primarily through calls, emails, WhatsApp, virtual demos, and CRM tools, ensuring rapid outreach, efficient follow-ups, and strong relationship building. 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification
Qualify potential leads using CRM and referrals based on budget, decision-making authority, need, and timeline

2. Sales Cycle Management
Manage inbound and outbound sales efforts—track and nurture leads through CRM systems; deliver product demos or presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close deals; issue quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.

3. Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to management.

4. Collaboration & Customer Feedback
Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and share market insights.
Relay customer feedback to product and support teams, aiding strategy refinement.

5. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness
Stay informed on products, services, pricing updates, and competitor offerings.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

6. Post-Sales Support & Relationship Management
Engage in follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues, and explore cross-sell/up-sell opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

1. Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Strong listening and presentation skills
