## Core Responsibilities
Order Pickup: Collecting packed grocery orders from the local Bigbasket warehouse (Dark Store) or hub.
Safe Transit: Navigating to the customer's location using the partner app's GPS. Ensure that fragile items (like eggs or glass bottles) and perishables are handled carefully.
Timely Delivery: Meeting delivery windows (especially for bbnow, which typically targets 15–30 minute deliveries).
Customer Interaction: Delivering items to the doorstep, verifying orders, and occasionally collecting payments for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Returns Management: Bringing back any undelivered or damaged products to the warehouse.
## Earnings & Benefits
Monthly Potential: Between ₹25,000 and ₹50,000, depending on the city and the number of shifts/orders completed.
Incentives: Extra pay for high delivery volumes, late-night shifts, and working during peak times or rain.
Insurance: Most partners are eligible for health insurance (up to ₹1 Lakh) and term insurance (up to ₹5 Lakh).
Payouts: Usually processed weekly or monthly directly to your bank account.
