Role Overview:We are hiring a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling digital leads generated through online platforms and conducting fieldwork such as BTL (Below the Line) marketing to generate additional leads. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:Handle and follow up on digital inquiries from online ads, property portals, and social media.
Convert online leads into qualified site visits and property bookings.
Execute BTL marketing activities:

Distribute brochures and flyers in residential and commercial areas
Conduct door-to-door campaigns
Set up kiosks or stalls in events, malls, or local markets
Visit potential clients or sites as part of field sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:1+ years of experience in real estate sales or field sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in both digital and field environments.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic.
Two-wheeler preferred for local travel (if applicable).
Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing platforms is a plus.
