Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales efforts by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales remotely. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with the field sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:Proactively generate and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate telecom solutions and services.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist in tender documentation.
Schedule meetings and demos for field sales and pre-sales engineers.
Follow up on ongoing projects, renewals, and payment collections.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in telecom or IT solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Knowledge of telecom services, networking products, or system integration is a plus.
