Description
Our company is seeking an experienced and driven e-commerce sales head to join our team in the laptops & IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our online sales strategy, increasing revenue, and driving growth. In addition, the e-commerce sales head will build and manage a team and work closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of our e-commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
·        Develop and execute the company's digital sales strategy, budget, and plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets
·        Assess, optimize and manage current e-commerce platforms, including product listings, website design, and user experience
·        Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to increase revenue and identify new business opportunities
·        Analyse and report on key metrics, including sales figures, traffic, and conversion rates
·        Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to drive strategic decision making
·        Lead, mentor and develop a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure the delivery of superior online customer experience
·        Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations of e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements
·        Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
·        Proven experience as an e-commerce sales head, with a track record of driving growth and increasing sales revenue
·        Strong knowledge and understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
·        Experience in managing and mentoring a team of sales and marketing professionals
·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
·        Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the Computer & IT industry is a plus

·        Maintain in-depth knowledge of Vardhman Developers' current and upcoming projects, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
·        Engage with prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing information about our projects and services.
·        Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships, answer queries, and convert them into potential customers.
·        Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to potential buyers.
·        Maintain a systematic follow-up system with potential clients to ensure they receive the information they need and to nurture leads until they convert into customers.

Qualifications:
· Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Telecaller in the real estate industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
· Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
· Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
· Knowledge of real estate market trends and industry practices is a plus.
