Canco Fasteners is a 60‑year‑old, family‑run leader in construction‑industry trading materials and manufacturing fasteners. We’ve now launched a dedicated Renewables Trading subsidiary—leveraging our deep supplier network and India‑wide goodwill—to source, trade and distribute solar, battery, EV parts, wind and related clean‑energy products across India.
Role Overview
As our Sales & Purchase Agent, you will be the front‑line driver of our renewables portfolio on platforms like IndiaMART. You’ll manage end‑to‑end procurement of products, list SKUs online, cultivate buyer inquiries, convert leads into orders, and coordinate deliveries—ensuring that our new clean‑energy line builds on Canco’s reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify and qualify manufacturers/suppliers of solar modules, batteries, EV components, wind turbines, inverters, mounting systems, etc.
Negotiate pricing, lead‑times and payment terms; place and track purchase orders.
Online Catalogue & Sales
Create and maintain product listings (descriptions, specs, pricing) on IndiaMART and other B2B portals.
Respond promptly to RFQs, leads and buyer queries; follow up to secure orders.
Order Coordination
Liaise between vendors, logistics partners and end‑customers to ensure on‑time delivery and documentation.
Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and update ERP/sales trackers.

Candidate Profile
Experience:
3–5 years in procurement or sales within the renewable‑energy sector (solar, battery, EV parts, wind etc.).
Proven track‑record of sourcing, listing on B2B marketplaces, and closing orders.
Location:
Reside within ~45 minutes of Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong negotiation, vendor‑management and customer‑service skills.
Comfort creating online product catalogues and using IndiaMART or similar platforms.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Basic MS Office proficiency.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Supply‑Chain or related field.

Compensation
Fixed monthly salary (commensurate with experience)
