About the Job As we scale, we are looking for an Associate Sales Manager (ASM) to lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), ensuring high performance, strong onboarding, and a culture of excellence.

(Inside sales role | No field sales)

Roles and Responsibilities
     
Hire, train, and manage a team of 15–20 Relationship Managers (RMs)
Drive performance on activations, trials, and conversions
Build a disciplined, high-performance sales culture through daily reviews and coaching
Own onboarding and ramp-up for new joiners to ensure faster productivity
Conduct regular call audits, provide structured feedback, and track improvement
Monitor daily RM activities and proactively resolve performance issues
Use CRM and reporting tools to track productivity and identify trends
Prepare and present performance dashboards to senior leadership
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve sales outcomes
Key Skills & Competencies Strong sales operations & execution capability
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, Slack, PPT
Good analytical and data interpretation skills
Proven experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams
Clear, structured, and professional communication
Confident in presentations and performance reviews
Strong ownership mindset with bias for action
Ability to bring process improvements and new ideas
Qualifications2–5 years of sales experience, with 1+ year managing teams
Experience handling inside sales / tele sales teams
Native Malayalam (മലയാളം) speaking ability (mandatory)
