Ø Retention and Expansion of existing customer
Ø Coordinate with HO regarding pricing and credit limit
Ø Ensure minimum rotation and refill
Ø Customer visit and quality assurance
Ø Visit Customer before serving them first delivery jointly with RCM
Ø Review customer with respect to creditability, consumption, bank of cylinder, rate, credit days, credit limit, before their onboard and approval of customer through ME App.

 To ensure that agreement is executed before first delivery.
 To ensure that customer is on-boarded in ME App and KYC documents are uploaded in App.
