Responsibilities
Food preparation: Prepare a wide variety of North Indian dishes, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, using traditional techniques. 
Kitchen management: Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and timely service. 
Quality control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, hygiene, and food safety. 
Inventory and costs: Manage kitchen inventory, control food costs, and order supplies. 
Training: Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques and standards. 
Collaboration: Work with other departments for events and catering services. 

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cook, specializing in North Indian cuisine, with a proven ability to work under pressure. 
Skills: Deep knowledge of North Indian culinary techniques, spices, and regional specialties. 
Management: Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential for managing a kitchen team.
