At Slay, the front desk is the heartbeat of the studio — ensuring smooth operations and making every client feel valued.
Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our Gurgaon branch. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients — ensuring a warm welcome, smooth scheduling, accurate data entry, and timely follow-ups for renewals and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction & Service
Greet clients warmly and maintain a welcoming environment.
Handle client queries about schedules, packages, and ongoing offers.
Ensure clients have a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Scheduling & Coordination
Manage class bookings and update attendance.
Coordinate with trainers for session timings and client-specific needs.
Handle cancellations, reschedules, and waiting lists.
Renewals & Follow-ups
Track membership expiries and proactively follow up with clients for renewals.
Call or WhatsApp clients about upcoming expiries, offers, or pending sessions.
Maintain renewal notes accurately in the client tracking system.
Data & Payments Management
Update client details and membership status in Google Sheets/CRM daily.
Handle payments, maintain receipts, and track balances.
Ensure data accuracy for monthly reports.
Studio Operations Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Support with studio administration (stationery, water, equipment checks).
Act as a bridge between clients, trainers, and management.

Requirements
Prior experience in front desk / reception / client servicing preferred.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (mandatory).
Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to handle multi-tasking in a busy studio environment.
Comfortable with phone calls & WhatsApp follow-ups.
