Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages and routing calls appropriately.
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers in a professional and helpful manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure they are well-prepared for meetings.
Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders when necessary.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
