About the Role:

We are looking for 50 dynamic and results-driven Agency Development Managers to join their team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents to drive business growth in the Health and Motor insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, train, and onboard new insurance agents for the agency channel.
Motivate and manage a team of agents to generate sales for Health and/or Motor insurance products.
Drive business targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies through the agent network.
Build strong relationships with agents, providing them with ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success and productivity.
Monitor team performance, track sales metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in the insurance agency channel with a strong focus on agent recruitment.
A successful track record of generating business through a network of agents.
Hands-on experience in selling Health Insurance or Motor Insurance products is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Assist clients in choosing the most suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.

Training and Support:
LIC will provide comprehensive training and coaching on basic and advanced life insurance sales techniques. This support will ensure that every ambitious woman has the necessary skills to succeed in this role.

Eligibility:

Time Commitment and Earning Potential:
Requires a minimum commitment of 2-3 hours daily, six days a week.
