About the Role: 
We are a financial and accounting services company located in Leelanagar Hyderabad, Telangana, We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Executive to join our team to be posted at client locations across Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: 
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. 
Prepare and issue Work orders and Purchase orders to vendors/Suppliers 
Prepare and maintain books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards. 
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. 
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
Support statutory and internal audits by providing required data and documentation. 
File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and within due dates. 
Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. 
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities. 
Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial reporting needs. 
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance and accounts department. 

 
Required Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 
Professional qualification (CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance) will be an added advantage. 
1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. 
Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho, MS Excel, and accounting principles. 
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. 
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 

 
Preferred Skills: 
Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books). 
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Remuneration:
