Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the complete accounting operations for multiple company accounts. This role requires a team leader, guiding the accounts team and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, tax compliance, and presenting monthly financial reports to the management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department of multiple companies. 
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to the management.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Supervise the accounts team & assign tasks.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, statutory regulations, and accounting standards (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with external auditors & tax consultants.
Cost control across all companies.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely reconciliation.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. 


Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in managing accounts for multiple companies is preferred.
Knowledge of accounting principles & tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo)
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist management with appointment scheduling, client communication, and account management related to sales and operations.

Communicate professionally via email and phone in English with clients, partners, and auditors.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA (Accounting or Finance specialization preferred).

Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including e-commerce accounting.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

Tally Prime (non-negotiable)

GST, TDS, voucher & purchase entries, bank reconciliation

E-commerce accounting knowledge – Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, etc.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reconciliation reports.


Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills — email correspondence ability is compulsory and non-negotiable.

Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Industry: FMCG, Beverage, or E-commerce accounting background preferred.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
