Position Responsibilities:
Junior Nurse Executive provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles. In addition to basic nursing care, carries responsibilities in collaboration with the Senior Nurse Executive which includes (but are not limited to): 
Daily activities:
1.  Provides age and culturally appropriate care to patient.

10.  Analyzes lab results and reports as required to the concerned authority for faster treatment.
11. Provides education, information and emotional support to the patient’s family and caregivers based on the disease condition.
12.  Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms as per the protocol of the hospital.
13. Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting as described by the reporting authority and line of control in the hospital.
14. Attend the CNE activities conducted in house and out house as per the job requirement and specifications.
Weekly activities:
1.  Maintains cleanliness of the unit in an orderly manner.
