Job Title: Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all stock purchased for POC and client projects.
Track movement of items between Accounts, Sales staff, Field staff, Vendors, and Consultants.
Ensure proper handover documentation with complete chain-of-custody logs (signatures, photos, approvals).
Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation with system records.
Prepare and share stock and consumption reports for management review.
Coordinate with Accounts for purchase entries and approvals.
Implement and monitor inventory management software/tools effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies and minimize stock loss or misplacement.
Support audits and provide timely MIS reports.



Requirements:
Minimum B. Com graduate.
5+ years proven experience in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management.
Hands-on experience with inventory software such as Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books (or similar).
Strong knowledge of inventory processes including GRN, Issue, Return, and Vendor Management.
Excellent coordination, record-keeping, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage overseas field staff handovers and collaborate with external and overseas vendors/consultants.
