Job Description:
We are hiring a Risk Analyst for our Ambattur Industrial Estate branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, detecting potential fraud, and ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations using specialized fraud detection software.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor customer transactions using fraud detection software.
Identify, analyze, and report suspicious or unusual activities.
Handle transaction monitoring through voice process systems.
Support the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team by maintaining compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of fraud alerts.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigations and reports.
Ensure adherence to all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills:
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Hindi is mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on fraud monitoring tools.
Ability to work in rotational day shifts.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying risks.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).
