The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting effective showroom visits and sales meetings, and converting leads into confirmed projects. Ensure clear and accurate communication between potential clients and the design team regarding meeting schedules and expectations. 


2. Showroom Visits & Sales Meetings
  Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by researching client profiles and understanding project requirements.
  Conduct structured and consultative sales meetings to identify client needs, pain points, and expectations.

 Gather comprehensive input from clients to assist in the interior design process. 

3. Proposal & Quotation Management
 Collaborate with the design team to prepare and deliver detailed and accurate sales quotations, including Estimated Construction Values (ECVs) and Value Concepts (VCs). 


4. Sales Conversion & Negotiation 
 Lead commercial negotiations to close sales agreements that are beneficial for both the client and the organization. 
 Ensure adherence to the company’s profitability guidelines while finalizing deals. 
 Maintain and improve upon key conversion metrics as defined by the management. 


5. Client Communication & Coordination 
Maintain detailed and professional written records of all client interactions and discussions via email. 
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the design team throughout the sales process—from initial inquiry to project sign-off.
