Job Title: HR Executive  – Industrial & Factory Operations
Location: Gandimaisamma, Hyderabad

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a strong background in industrial/factory HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk recruitment, payroll processing, employee operations, and vendor management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth manpower planning, compliance, and HR operational efficiency across factory units.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Recruitment & Bulk HiringHandle end-to-end recruitment process for factory roles , contract, and frontline staff.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
Plan and execute mass/bulk hiring drives across multiple locations.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors for timely onboarding.
✅ HR OperationsOversee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely contract renewals.
Manage attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions in line with labor laws.
Handle employee grievances at the plant level and ensure resolution within TAT.
✅ Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate with payroll teams for monthly processing.
Ensure accuracy in attendance data, overtime, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and internal audit requirements.
Maintain MIS reports for headcount, attrition, and payroll.
✅ Vendor & Contractor ManagementLiaise with manpower vendors and contractors to fulfill staffing requirements.
Monitor vendor SLAs, contract agreements, and compliance documentation.
Conduct periodic vendor audits to ensure legal and policy adherence.
Resolve escalations and disputes with vendors professionally.

          Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Industrial Relations (MBA/PG preferred).
4–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing, factory, or industrial setup.
Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably for blue/grey-collar roles.
Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and Excel for MIS reporting.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic factory environment.

          Preferred:
Exposure to handling multiple factory sites/plants.
Experience in managing contract labor compliance and audits.
Fluency in local language(s) is an added advantage.
