Key Responsibilities:

Check and Manage Stock:
Keep an eye on items in the reserve bay.
Make sure items are sent where needed, like the shop floor or for delivery


Receive Goods:
Help with receiving new stock.
Check that the goods match the delivery note or bill.


Organize the Bay:
Keep items in the right place so they are easy to find.
Follow rules like "First In, First Out" (old stock goes out first).


Use Space Well:
Arrange items to save space and keep things neat.
Keep walkways clear and safe.


Work with Other Teams:
Talk to store and delivery teams to know what items are needed.
Send items quickly to avoid empty shelves.


Keep Records:
Write down what items come in and go out.
Help with reports for stock checks.


Follow Safety Rules:
Keep the bay clean and safe.
Make sure all safety rules are followed.


Manage Team:
Guide helpers working in the reserve bay.
Give daily tasks and check their work.
