About Sandwich Junction: Sandwich Junction is a fast-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand known for its delicious sandwiches, fresh quick bites, and outstanding customer service. We are expanding and looking for dynamic individuals to help grow our brand footprint and boost outlet sales across cities.

Your Role at Sandwich Junction: As a Sales Manager, you will drive the revenue and growth for our Raipur outlet. You will be responsible for increasing footfall, building local partnerships, handling corporate sales, and managing marketing tie-ups. You’ll work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure our sales strategies align with brand goals and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
 Identify and build relationships with corporate offices, colleges, gyms, hostels, and co-working spaces to drive bulk/corporate orders and regular footfall.
 Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned outlets.


Local Marketing & Promotions:
 Plan and execute low-cost, high-impact local marketing activities.
 Help set up sampling drives, offer flyers, combo deals, and outlet-specific promotions to increase awareness and sales.


Partnerships & Tie-ups:
 Build partnerships with local delivery platforms, event organizers, fitness centres, and community clubs to drive brand exposure and bulk orders.


Influencer & Community Engagement:
 Coordinate with the marketing team to plan influencer visits, manage collaborations, and create local buzz around the brand.


Reporting & Analysis:
 Track daily and weekly sales performance; prepare reports with insights on traffic, conversion rates, promotions impact, and customer feedback.
 Suggest corrective action plans if sales targets are not met.


New Opportunities:
 Actively identify new selling points such as pop-ups, food courts, events, or exhibitions where Sandwich Junction can participate or expand.


Customer Relationship Management:
 Build strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and communities to boost loyalty and repeat business.


Coordination with Operations:
 Work closely with outlet managers and operations teams to ensure service quality and product readiness for special events, catering orders, or marketing activations.


Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in F&B/QSR sales, B2B partnerships, or local business development (hospitality/café background preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on attitude, ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of local markets in Raipur.
Comfortable with regular local travel (between outlets and client sites).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Fluent in English and Hindi.

About Sandwich Junction:
Sandwich Junction is a fast-growing QSR brand known for its fresh sandwiches, quick bites, and quality service. We're building a strong kitchen team to deliver delicious, consistent food with speed and precision.

Your Role at Sandwich Junction:
As a Cook/Chef, you’ll be the foundation of the kitchen team — helping with basic preparation work, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with senior chefs and contribute to delivering great food every day.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients like chopping vegetables, slicing meats, prepping sauces, etc.
Assemble sandwiches and quick bites under supervision, ensuring quality and consistency.
Support daily mise en place (kitchen prep) before service hours begin.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas.
Follow food safety and handling guidelines strictly.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for raw materials.
Assist in receiving, checking, and organising kitchen supplies and deliveries.
Inform the Store Manager or Supervisor if stocks are running low.
Help in maintaining kitchen equipment by cleaning and storing them properly after use.
Follow all brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for food preparation and kitchen management.
Participate in kitchen opening, mid-shift, and closing duties daily.
Support senior chefs and be ready to assist during peak rushes.


Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food production environment.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic communication skills (Hindi or English).
