RESPONSIBILITIES
·        Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
·        Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
·        Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
·        Contribution in cost and price calculations
·        Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
·        conduct research, perform risk assessments, develop strategies and write proposals to win
·        
REQUIREMENTS
·        Degree in business or any other field related to the position
·        Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
·        Strong time-management and organizational skills
·        Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
·        Well-developed negotiation skills

BID MANAGEMENT:
·        Ensure real-time communication with the client regarding GeM Portal updates.
·        Identify and share relevant tenders from GeM Portal with clients.
·        Prepare and submit tender documents before the due date by uploading all required documents (General, Technical, Commercial).
·        Efficiently handle the preparation and submission of Bank Guarantees such as
·        Bid Security and Performance, while also carefully tracking and retrieving any accompanying DDs and BGs.

 
 
ANALYTICS:
·        Generate MIS reports for upcoming and quoted bids.
·        Regularly track bid status to determine L1 and L2 price gap, create
·        Win Loss analysis, and engage with clients to close bids.
·        Perform competitive analysis by researching available product categories and competitor offerings.

 
 


OEM ENGAGEMENT:
·        Conduct comprehensive OEM vendor assessments across multiple categories.
·        Handle OEM dashboard, Product Uploads & catalogue management.
·        Strong grasp of bid types, quadrants, and other relevant aspects.

 
 
ORDER ENGAGEMENT:
·        Manage work delivery between buyer and seller for successful bids and remain accountable until payment is received from the client.

 
 
COMPLIANCE:
·        Stay up-to-date with the latest Government Notifications and GFR Rules, and ensure compliance to avoid any potential blacklisting or incidents.

 
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
·        GeM Portal Knowledge
·        Exposure to any CRM tool
·        Ms-Office (Power point, Excel, word)
