Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the ceramic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue through in-store interactions with B2C customers. You will be working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and offer solutions that meet their requirements. This role is a crucial part of our sales team and requires excellent interpersonal skills, product expertise, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:

Greet and engage with customers as they enter the store.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the ceramic products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Actively promote and sell ceramic products to customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Upsell and cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.
Process customer orders and handle transactions.

Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and assistance as needed.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain product displays and ensure that the store is clean and organized.
Restock products as necessary and report inventory levels to management.
Monitor the store for security and safety.

Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in business or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar B2C sales role, especially in the ceramic or home improvement industry, is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Knowledge of ceramic products and their applications.
Sales-driven with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic computer skills for processing transactions and generating reports.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
